I used several sources when I redid my boat.

http://www.delcity.net/ - great prices on solder and crimp ends with heatshrink, buk wire but limited in color. Great marine grade switches.
Purchase their environmental quick connecters for items that you know will have to be removed or replaced or inspected. Keeps you from having to cut wires on a regular basis.

This is who West and others buy from. Get a big list together and fax it to them with a note that West does not carry "all" of what you want. I did a bulk order of $700 and saved tons. I now have a set of crimpers and make all my own battery cables custom fit.

There is another company in CA that someone here reccomended for short pieces (50 feet) of different colors such as grey/white orange/white that are marine grade. If I can remember I will post it.
