Years ago I found a product called Acousti-mat.
It was a sound deadening material made by Soundown for installation of high power stereo systems for cars and is used as a damper to prevent the car panels from rattling with the extreme sound levels of these stereos. I used this product to line the insides of some home made, high end speakers I built for my home stereo a few years ago. The same principle applied.....used to abosrb unwanted sound waves inside the speaker cabinets.Take a look at the Soundown product guide. I'm sure you'll be able top find a solution there or you can contact them directly. I'm thinking that the accoustic barrier is the product you will need.
