Doug is right, its been out there for a while but looks like the price has come down some as well.

Once you get to that size you can't really trailer anymore and thereby are tied to a yard for hauling, blocking and storing. There's just lots more nickle and dime work to that size of project. Takes Deep pockets.

However... a good survey to give an impartial take. A few years of elbow grease and a ton of $$ you'd have a nice ride. The 38 is a lot of boat. I got a tour of Tom's at Atlantic City last summer and I did like what I saw.
