Not a B31, but maybe a good project boat?

Guys,
I've been getting the itch for something bigger. I can't afford it. Don't have the time and well, it still nags at me. I said the same thing about my B26 when I purchased her. If I were to redo another Bertram that could sleep four comfortably.... any thoughts on this hull / model?
