Mike, I understand. I dont know if you read all the other posts on "my questions"...but I have a 1968 B25...pretty vintage. I have spent quite a bit of money on it...however, I woulnt trade the experience and knowledge I've learned for anything. I know that boat inside and out. I like doing the smaller things..but you are right...the big things can be "really big". The rudder shelves are solid on this boat. I have lots of pictures. there is a lot thats been done badly....adding ac/dc panels...adding new switches, cutting wires..running others, etc.
I'm certainly not "sold" on this boat...and I fully agree..finding a boat already fixed it best. I redid an older boat and put outboards on it....it was an Omega (looks like a sportscraft). Anyway..we learn from our mistakes. Lost thousands of dollars. We learn from our mistakes. So..the jury's still out. Thanks for the advice.
