Just got mine faxed back - they value AJ at between $108,100 and 118,800. A helluva lot closer than the bookie's surveyor's $42K he says he took from the BUC 'blue book'. As far as what the BUC report is "worth" in the context of arguing with the bookies about value, at a minimum it's worth a helluva lot more than your word or mine. Plus less than a 24 hour turnaround without requesting the expedited service that costs a little more.
