I have had similar problem on windshield and other window parts. I used Hydrogen Peroxide to disolve the aluminum corrosion. It takes a while but works pretty good. I did not have the need for a heat gun in My application but I would think the heat gun and peroxide would be a good combination in your situation. Will have to make several applicaitons. If you have an interest in using the Peroxide be sure to use it before using any of the penetrating oils. Once the surface is contaminated with oil the Peroxide does not work very good because it cannot get thru the oily surface. If all fails and you have to resort to mechanical help I would drill out the bolt and not use a saw at all. Be very careful to punch the bolt in the center then start drilling with a 3/16" diameter drill then step drill until you get the bolt drilled out. The best drills to use in stainless steel are any Cobalt drill with a 135 degree drill point and even better are the "Gold Coated Cobalt Drills" The trick is to keep the RPM low and the cutting pressure high enough to keep the drill cuting and not slipping. With a little patience you will be successful and its not really that difficult.
Good luck
Harry
