Mikey - yep, use a 30 micron element in the Racor and the 2 on the spin on filter on the engine. The Racor 500 is plenty for the Cummins. The $149 price on the site you posted is a real good one for the 500 series. You could probably get some used ones off ebay cheaper, but that price for new ones is a "grab it now" to me.
