Charlie - don't think you have to become a member to get the personalized evaluation. On the BUC homepage click on the "BUC ValuPro" on the left, then on the next page click on the "personalized evaluations" and that will get you to where you can download the form. Apparently you can't fill the form out online, but must print out and fax/mail to them. You put your credit card info on the form for payment.
