Hi Guys:

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier, I've been in North Carolina for a week and haven't been here. There is NO WAY that the people that did this work for World Publications. Mike is right, legitimate renewal offers come through the mail.

That being said, there are literally hundreds of subscription vendors out there who make calls without our knowledge. Where do they get the lists? who knows, but the safe bet is to only renew by mail.

I'm sorry if anyone was treated rudely. There's simply no excuse for it.
