bruce...acetone worked as a solvent on my carbs...i think the reason my starboard wouldnt turn up was because the secondarys were glued shut......let some gas flash off and whats left looks alot like melted fiberglass...or what you would imagine that would look like...kind of a white orange paste....the goo looks like black epoxy......randall
