NEVER renew a subscription over the phone. The last tiem I did was with a company out of Florida. I paid for an SWS renewal, never got the magazines, got mail from SWS later for the renewal. A magazine you subscribe to will mail you a renewal, not call. The subscription services are very often crooked, and do not work directly for the magazine.
