Barrier Bottom Coat ?

Has anybody used or have knowledge of the 3M Vinyl Barrier Coat product? Any good compared to the Interlux 2000/2001 barrier coat epoxy product in white. The Vinyl is softer compared to epoxy but does that make a big difference on the bottom for the barrier coat?
