You have to go with 6".
Custom stainless risers were utilized into surge tubes connected by 6" silicon hose.
There into 6" mufflers and out the back.
Special stainless inserts were used inside each fiberglass end allowing the dual hose clamps to be wrenched down without crushing the glass as had been done previously.

I will take some pics Monday of the exhaust system and post. Plus the stainless inserts.

I will also snap some pics of the computer and junction box wiring and the Glendenning conrols with the electric shift.

We sea trialed the boat Friday for the owner and he was pleased. Its being arranged to be shipped back to Lauderdale for the interior and paint finish.

Because the boat is stripped inside and out and only about 60 gallons of fuel top speed was 37mph at 17 gal/hr burn per engine.

The boat had heavy prop cavitation at the pins due to the light weight and under propped.
It easily pegged out on the governor. The panel displays do show percent of engine loading but I never checked.

I am going to try to do another short run on Monday afternnon to get more data but my back is against the wall to get my work done before my two week break in January to help move Pat.

Pulled a 28 today for a repower plus I got 3 engines to repair. Not much time.

If you have any questions call or email me.
