by the way, your practically giving the 31' away with the new asking price...

anyone thinking about owning or fixing up a 31 should go see the "Rum Runner" first. She's the boat you always dreamed of owning.

To complete another makeover as Tom did with this vessel will cost you 2.5 x his asking price, hundreds to thousands of hours, no matter who does the work, and if your lucky you'll end up with a finished product almost as nice as the Rum Runner a year or two later.

I've honestly never seen a better priced 31...
