Dug,

I work in a chemical plant, and about 10 years ago I got a call in my office from a supervisor passing by on the road who told me quite matter-of-factly “You might want to go put the fire out in your exchanger bay.” Of course we ran outside & there was a small fire on one of my vessels. We put it out without much trouble but one thing I learned that day was that ‘no fire is small when it’s your fire’.

Keep your head up, a new year’s coming.
