Mac,

I always sleeve mine, but I am keeping the boat. Ultimately the block needs to be checked (machine shop), and that determines what you need to do. I get really good deals, but parts from cummins run about 2200-2500 per set depending on what it needs (and we put in new everything), and the rest usually costs a couple of thousand more.

Are your pumps inline or rotary? New rotary pumps cost the same new or rebuilt, inline are pricey to get redone, and more new.
