John,
Just pouring anti freeze in without mixing won't work.
I would just drain the fresh water side. The drains are pretty obvious with clear hoses about 10" long on the block and the heat and oil exchangers depending on the model.

A round knob about 5/8" diameter opens the drain on each one.
