I purchased Pinnacle's PCTV Deluxe when I upgraded my computer in March04. By October was having problems with the Pinnacle by Oct 04. Picture/video feeds would freeze. Unable to transfer, unable to use the time delay features(like Tivo). While under warranty, Pinnacle only offered me online support that was an ongoing process. Finally around May 05 whenevr I wanted to use the Pinnacle I got an INITIALIZATION ERROR.
Again they offered online support and finally wanted to charge me for repairs. Now I have a $180 paperweight sitting on top of my PC tower.
