Katrina lay-up advice

Well, Faithful, since I've never "laid up" a boat for winter down here in the South, I'm looking for advice from you yankees. AJ has been "laid up, and laid over" since Katrina on August 29. Been sitting in a building at about a 20 degree stb. list for months, will probably be sorted out and properly blocked up in the yard shortly.

No shore power to the batteries, engines not run, probably about 200 gallons of diesel in her. What should I do before cranking her back up, or in the meantime? No danger of freezing and the Cummins and genset have good antifreeze in the cooling systems anyway.
