As it happens Canaveral Props by me is one of their dealers, and they quoted $150 per prop. Guy there tells me that everyone seems happy with it except those that are wearing it off by soft grounding, as you said. But that's something I don't expect to have a problem with, am pretty careful about where I go. I guess it will also wear off sometimes in spot areas of prop cavitation, but those areas should also keep themselves clean during use. Guy said that you get one year, usually longer, per application.

So...I'm going to give it a try and see how well it works, will report back with the results. I'll know in a couple of months whether it keeps the growth away.
