In Response To: Why is their fuel in my diesel exhaust? (STeveZ)

Prior to draining the Racor today, last weekend upon shutting the port side down I had some pretty good "runaway". That is the engine continued to run after turning the key off. I'm guessing this may be more significant than the filter change.
