If you go with the local Tower Guy make your deal now when there slow and when they can commit to the job and and get it done for spring or earlier. I'm in the boat buis and if you wait till feb or later you could very well be into summer before your done.
Tower work is time consuming a small shop with a couple of big orders can bog down delivery dates.
