Hey, what about the B26???

There is a similar program in my area for home owners. The insurance company is owner owned.

They only allow a few new "members" in each year. Homes and owners are refferal only and are carefully selected that are low risk. They also make many special requirements like the usage of braided hose on washers, etc.

It must work. My friends insurance with them is much less then mine. I'm on a two year waiting list to see if I can get on board with it.
