Yep Carl lousy is an understatement. Try driving the wrong way and screaming "I'm from out of town , what do you want?" Or sometimes simply stopping right in the middle of the road then shuffeling there way on foot to read a street sign only then to return to their car and wonder what all the fuss is about horns blowing and unfit to describe hand gestures appearing from adjacent vehicles! Yea life's tough in paradise.
