Stand tall, UV. You have God on your side along with the Faithful. Does the insurance people want the rath of the Almighty brough upon them? Not to mention Captain Patrick! what about Capt Happy Pants?
Last yr I called an insurance guy that only does boats. He's big on Long Island. Has a Captain lic if that matters. Also is big into fishing. He knows the 31's. He sent a suryver to my boat and the guy wrote it up as $65,000US market value. You have seen the Irish Wake first hand. Tell me- is it not a $95,000US boat????
Tell them that you don't want the cash. Replace the boat.
If you wind up in court, get a "change of venue" to Texas. Ya'll know a Judge over there, and we got Earnest to boot.....
