I'm anti-bird some people may like it I don't.
I Don't like the extra hardware.
It can damage a marlin when body wrapped and poses a hazard to the mates if they have to dump in a hurry.
It's best suited to dead bait tuna fisherman.
Some of the guy have caught truly big fish (over 600lbs.) Some guys think they have, some here wish they could. I'm lucky I've been every where from driver to cranker to leader man on blue marlin. Whatever direction you decide to go be safe think of the crew first. Don't put anybody in harms way.
