Ok if you dont wanna use the 4" chisel wit the notch in it... We have a (sort of chain saw)"Quickie saw with a knarly blade on it ..Goes thru rr ties & or concrete &dirt steel.... thatll work no matter how tough they are. I ll post a pic of the blade.. maybe the rental yards ll have it.
