I've used white Marinetex to fill screw holes with good success. It can be tinted with paint or gelcoat colorant, if needed. Use a countersink to remove any spider cracks. Spread it thin and wetsand with 400 to 1200 grit. Buff with 3M compound. Its not perfect, but it is reasonably easy. Rawleigh
