Auto Pilot ? *PIC*

Looking for a Pilot for my 28FBC Have been told by several people Simrad AP14H would be a good choice.
I have Hynautic steering and not much space at the helm for a fixed mount. The hand held remote looks like it would work.
Do any of the faithfull have any experiance with this unit?
