Now you are making me nervous about my 58 gallon SS aux tank I put in last spring. I guess the surveyor will let me know. I used the 1/4" PVC shim method. No movement what so ever . I mean tight.Only trouble being my senders did not line up with my new deck supports. Or should I say they lined up perfectly , under them that is. I just love boats. Each job is different!

I would think those plastic tanks ought to be fine as long as they are seemless and meet code requirements.I was considering one but they are limited in sizes and shapes because they are molded. Dave K
