outrigger and electronics questions

First of all, this site is great. I recently bought the B31 "Slainte" shown in the Worton Creek article http://www.wortoncreek.com/new_page_3.htm

The boat is set up for day cruising and I am going to put new electronics,outriggers, a fighting chair and trolling valves on it for spring fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and Ocean.

I will be using the boat for fishing and cruising and am looking for advice in this area in "tried and true" products that also look great on the 31's.

Thanks for any input.
