Guys,
If your going to use plastic fuel tanks you better make sure they pass the 2 1/2 minute fire test rating from ASTM D-1622(American Standard Testing Methods). Also permenately mounted tanks can't move more than a 1/4" in any direction once installed. I you have any doubts check the Code of Federal Regulations, ABYC standards and U.L. standards. Any doubts about materials or installation methods the bookies won't pay off if you have claim. Be careful what and how you put things into our boats.
