Any decent auto parts store will have one.
Even Sears in the tool section.Pull the screws out with a pair of needle nose and take a hack saw to the middle of the head and cut a notch back to the base. Then you can use a flat screwdriver.
Screw the idle mixture scews back in easy to seat. Don't jam or over tighten or you will distort the needle.
Back off one and one half turns to start.Warm up engine, idle at 750 and adjust as needed.
Turn in till engine starts to lug or die, then just back off till smooth.
The more you back out, the richer it runs and can foul plugs at idle.Make sure timing it set correctly and if you have a pvc valve that you plug the line before adjusting.
