I have bought both 3/4" and 1/4" teak/holley veneer plywood at Condon lumber in White Plains NY and Maritime wood products in Stuart FL.
You will find it in lumber yards who have specialty lumber/exotic woods. You really should look at it before you buy. I have seen very gray looking sheets at the less expensive yards and the really nice "honey" color at the specialty yards. Being in North Carolina, I'd look around the Wancheese area where all the custom boat builders are.
