Doc - yeah, the 4 day weekends are tough to take. A party every day, we have to come home to recoup. We also ate real good. I did some bacon wrapped shrimp on the bbq, did specks in a basket last nite with olive oil, rubbed with Tony's, lemon pepper, and garlic. We had a lemon merange pie made with real condensed milk from a little Italian bakery ($6) and some veggies on the grill. And a clear or 12 watching my LSU's whup the Bamas in OT.

Night before that we had shish ka bobs with shrimp, mushrooms, etc and some homemade deer sausage. Let's see, the night before that we had.....damn, can't remember, but it was good.

Got our first rain here just now since Rita and a good one, put water in my shop, but I got a tall stool and got the computer up on blocks.

Your vittles at the UVI were superb. Hope they cook as good in Panama.
