B31 with Yan 315

My brother just repower a 62' b31 with a set of yanmar 315, at around 24 knots the bow start to dive and the boat start to lost handling, even with oversized rudders. I think is something related to the shaft exit angle and struts but I'm not sure. Does someone know what could be done to improve handling at higher speeds
