robertson auto pilot

Anyone familar with Robertson AP2500? Seems like maybe electronic compass is stuck. Does not respond even if I unbolt and spin it around seems stuck around 250 degrees. All connections look clean. Please help or anyone with old compass or parts? Thanks Ken.
