Alex whittiker cockpit decks

The faithful,

I was curious if anyone here has worked with Alex on any of his fiberglass cockpit components? Especially the step down, engine boxes, or side & transom panels? It just looked so clean and simple compared to what I have now, are they built well? I'm close to putting the boat back together & he says that he's at least 5 or so months backed up. I could just re-hab what I have original (sand/prime/Awlgrip), but his pieces look well designed and made but the 13K for the whole cockpit might be too much to spend, any thoughts on this? Dave
