My boat is titled as a 73 but has a few features (like a 175 gal tank) that would lead you to believe it is a 72 or earlier. Glassed on the inside of the transom reads "Bertram Wittaker corp" and the # ends in 1133. I have gathered all of the knowledge from this board but the # still doesn't quite follow any of the usual patterns.

Often you will references to the hull # in other parts of the boat. I recently took a panel off part of the engine box and found #1135 (not 1133!).

Since you # is in a pattern similar to mine, I would guess you have a 72 or 73. They must have used different hull # methodology for a few years in the early 70's. One can only guess.
