Harry - sure, you can do all that with not much problem. The genset is going to be somewhat of a challenge with the V-8's since they are so wide. The usual spot for a genset is outboard of one of the engines. No sweat with in line diesels, but a tough fit with the big block gassers. As Chiles says, keep as much weight low as you can, and forward weight is good to a point, reduces head sea pounding. Water heater is no problem, either the kind that uses the engine coolant to heat or the flash type that runs on 120v ac. I have a flash unit that came out of our house when we did some remodeling years ago, a little stainless beauty that is about the size of a liter coke bottle that I plan to install one of these days. Don't worry about the weight, other that to balance it so you don't create a list, just worry about where stuff will fit. The hull will carry anything you add to her. Consider saddle tanks in the cockpit sides for extra fuel with gravity feed (thru ball valves) to the main tank for extra fuel. There is a lot of room behind those cockpit side panels. Andre' Fourrier has two 50 gal. diesel saddle tanks on Reel Releif (monel, coonass built) and if you don't know they are there, you would never notice them. Slick, simple and foolproof, since gravity is the best liquid mover ever invented.
