Harry,
What you want to do is not unheard of. Several of the group here have gen sets, AC and the like.

Getting more fuel is going to be a challenge. Keeping the weight as low as possible always helps, but the rolling nature of our boats is part of its heritage. I have not read of anyone here with a water heater, but I am sure they are out there. I would direct the question to UV, sounds like you want what he has already done for the most part.
