Photo Tach Purchase

I have been wanting to get a photo tach for some time. I saw one on Harbor Freight for $80.00. Most of their stuff is close to junk. I do use a lot of their air tool and grinders. Cheap throw away if it fails. Now I want a good photo tach; but I am cheap. Anyone have a source for photo tach like the IR Temp sensor. Man I use that thing all the time.
