Equipment installation advice

Recently I purchased a 31 Express Cruiser equipped with Big Block gas engines. My plans include the addition of a Genset, Air Conditioning, More fuel capacity, Holding Tank and possibly a Water Heater and a small tower with upper station controls. I have concerns about the placment of weight and the affects that additional weight will have on the way this boat handles. We will be using Our Bertram for Gulf fihsing and Scuba diving. I am open to and will appreciate any advice you guys will share from experiences with your Bertrams.
