Here's a more practical response-- Light colored hulls won't show imperfections in the prep or finish, and the nicks you'll pick up over time won't show as much either. I'd go with white with black trim (sorry UV--I like my Berts with black trim), or fighting lady yellow--great color for B31s. The Vitamin Sea is fighting lady yellow--looks great (and Rob rolled and tipped it).
