i did the same on some slobering detroit 8-92's,but i hooke a 1/2'' hose barb to the hose and screwed it right to the bottle .also indserted 1/2 of a oil soaker towel into the bottle to keep it from splattering around also,when it had alot or some in it just unscrew it and throw it away and screw another one on and go fishing ,,,,really kept the bildge cleaner and odor away...
