Vic recomended some stuff to me that fits the bill for a job like yours. It's called Poliglow. Just clean surface and apply with applicator they give you. Makes dull Gelcoat shine like crazy. It only really sticks to a dull or rough surface. An already smooth and non oxidized surface it does not work well on. So for your case it's perfect. It's not cheap. $55 but sure beats a paint job. 800-206-3305 Dave K
