Wilma Wins...I'm Out

JK posted a link for some South Florida photos, and one showed the sanded up intersection of A1A and Los Olas Blvd, just down from the Flophouse. That image alone was enough for me to throw in the towel; and the other images in the slide show confirmed that I don't care to travel into that disaster zone. Granted, it wasn't a knockout punch, but I don't want to get in the way of their recovery efforts.

Maybe we can shoot for a long weekend in November or December and have a "non boat show" gathering in or around Palm Beach to give Patrick a proper send-off. Patrick or Bruce, do you know of a motel in your area with "Flophouse" character and qualities? Just a thought.
