Genset Chopper

In Response To: Wilma Coming Onshore *PIC* (Capt Patrick McCrary)

Test run was done yesterday for over an hour, checking the exhaust pipe & heat shield with the infrared heat sensor before adding the insulation. Exhaust pipe inside of the heat shield was running around 1,100°F, (based on color glow), and the shield stayed below 160°F.

Whole lot better setup than last years running in an open doorway...

These shots were about 20 minutes ago, light rain, sustained winds at 35 kt, gusting to 50 kt.

Power flickering on and off about every 5 minutes now...
