Now that you have heard the good and the bad, remember like any other boat it takes time and money to do a restoration. The guys are right, depending on the shape she is in it could go as high as a 100,000 or so depending on what you need and want to do. If you buy one running in decent shape with gas engines it will cost you between 40,000 to 60,000 depending on the shape its in. But you can use it, enjoy it and slowly put it back in first class shape. The good news is the boat is in demand, you can get a part of your money back out of it and it will always bring you home. So, you need to make the decision and follow your instincts. Just make the right choice in a boat for you not because someone told you thats the boat to buy. Tony Meola
